  • Are your products tested on animals?
    Empress Beauty Dynasty & Co. is a very conscientious brand that is proud to offer cruelty-free products. We never ever test on animals and we choose ingredients from companies that do not perform animal testing either.
  • Are your products Paraben-Free?
    Yes all of our products are Paraben-Free (does not include discontinued products). In addition, we take pride in selecting our ingredients very carefully to be safe and clean and most of our products are produced without the use of parabens, phthalates, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, Triclosan, and nanoparticles.
  • Where can I find my tracking information?
    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you checked out as a registered user, you can always track your orders by logging into your registered account.
  • What happens if my shipping is undelivered or refused?
    We will charge a $10 fee for any undelivered or refused shipments to cover delivery and processing fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund. To avoid an undelivered or returned package, please ensure that the address you’ve indicated is correct.
  • My package is lost, what should I do?"
    Once orders have left the Empress Beauty Dynasty & Co warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. At this point, Empress Beauty Dynasty& Co. is not responsible for refunds or replacements. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS, Fedex AND UPS recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.   • Damaged Items
    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us here within 48 hours of receipt to report any damage. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. Please ensure to also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.
